Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days excluding pre-orders. Orders placed after 11 PM HST may begin processing the next business day. Processing may take longer during new releases, holidays, or peak periods.
Shipping Confirmation:
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Customers may contact us but are responsible for tracking their shipment once it leaves our facility.
U.S. Shipping:
Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $199 within the continental U.S. Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout.
Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or opened, photograph it before opening and contact the courier to file a claim. Then email us at hawaiidept@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
Friendly Reminder: Pre-Orders
An item that is a pre-order — please allow up to 5-7 weeks before shipments begin. All orders are made in limited batches to ensure quality and precision. During Holidays, we may face unexpected delays so lookout for updates.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, and an additional message from Hawaii Dept.
