Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Please read below for details on returns, pre-orders, and exchanges.

Return Window

We accept returns within 20 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging (Polymailer is not opened)
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send returns without contacting us first — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Pre-Order Cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. Once your pre-order has shipped, it follows our standard return policy.

To cancel a pre-order, email hawaiidept@gmail.com or message us on Instagram. Refunds are processed immediately, but shopfy and banks may take a few days to post them to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? The quickest way is to:

  1. Return the original item (following the steps above)
  2. Place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved

Final Sale Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Returned items must still be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • With tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

We do not refund shipping costs for exchanged items. However, if your exchange request is approved, once your return item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of any applicable refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If it’s been over 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at hawaiidept@gmail.com.
